Hombale Films and Kleem Productions’ Mahavatar Narsimha has made a strong mark at the box office, becoming one of the notable performers of the year. While its storytelling has sparked varied reactions, its commercial success stands out. As part of the larger Mahavatar Cinematic Universe, the film offers a spiritual and visually rich experience, combining elements of mythology with emotional narratives that have resonated with audiences across the country.

Following the film’s strong box office run, the makers have released a new Success Trailer, offering previously unseen footage from Mahavatar Narsimha. This updated trailer aims to build on the film’s momentum, renewing audience interest and drawing more viewers to the mythological drama.

Mahavatar Narsimha continues its steady run at the box office, drawing large crowds to theatres. On Day 10 (Sunday), the film saw a notable jump in collections, earning Rs.16.27 crore in Hindi net across India. This pushed its Hindi total to Rs. 65.64 crore, with the second weekend alone nearly matching the film’s entire first-week performance — an uncommon achievement for the genre. The film has now become the highest-grossing Indian animated film to date. With the release of the new success trailer, audience interest remains high as the film approaches the Rs.100 crore mark.

Hombale Films has established itself as a prominent name in Indian cinema, known for delivering a string of successful projects. From the KGF franchise, which contributed to the rise of pan-India films, to the widely streamed Salaar and the high return on investment achieved with Kantara, the production house has built a diverse portfolio. With the launch of the Mahavatar Cinematic Universe through Mahavatar Narsimha, Hombale continues to pursue large-scale storytelling while aiming to expand its reach at the box office.

Hombale Films and Kleem Productions have officially announced the lineup for their long-term animated franchise, which will unfold over the next decade. The series will depict the ten avatars of Lord Vishnu, starting with Mahavatar Narsimha (2025), followed by Mahavatar Parshuram (2027), Mahavatar Raghunandan (2029), Mahavatar Dhawkadhesh (2031), Mahavatar Gokulananda (2033), Mahavatar Kalki Part 1 (2035), and Mahavatar Kalki Part 2 (2037).

Mahavatar Narsimha is directed by Ashwin Kumar and produced by Shilpaa Dhawan, Kushal Desai, and Chaitanya Desai under the Kleem Productions banner. The film is presented by Hombale Films, known for its wide-ranging content. This collaboration aims to reach audiences across multiple platforms. Mahavatar Narsimha was released in 3D and in five Indian languages on 25th July 2025.
