ZEE5 is set to premiere Tehran, a Maddock Films production, on August 14, 2025, marking its world digital debut this Independence Day weekend. Directed by Arun Gopalan, the film features John Abraham, Manushi Chhillar, Neeru Bajwa, and Madhurima Tuli in key roles.

Tehran is a geo-political spy thriller inspired by true events and set against the backdrop of global tensions between Israel and Iran. The story draws heavily from the 2012 bomb blast near the Israeli Embassy in Delhi. In the film, John Abraham plays ACP Rajeev Kumar, a man entangled in a covert international mission that challenges national loyalties and personal conscience.
