Ankita Lokhande and her husband, Vicky Jain, are currently appearing on Laughter Chefs Season 2. A few months ago, the couple also stepped into content creation and have been regularly sharing vlogs on their YouTube channel. In their latest video, they responded to some fan questions and discussed the ongoing rumours about Ankita’s pregnancy. Ankita also opened up about how she had once broken up with Vicky during the early days of their relationship. More recently, she made a light-hearted remark about being pregnant in one of the show’s episodes.
Ankita Lokhande responds to ongoing pregnancy speculation; says, “I’m tired of hearing this question over and over”
While discussing their relationship, Ankita Lokhande revealed, “Vicky and I weren’t friends; we simply knew each other. When we first started dating, things didn’t go well, and we ended up breaking up. However, after some time, we reconnected. Vicky reached out to me again, and I told him to speak directly to my parents, as I wasn’t in a position to continue a casual relationship. He then met my family, and from the beginning, both of us were certain that we wanted to marry each other.”
Vicky Jain also shared, “Ankita was going through a difficult phase in her life, and during that time, she reached out to me just as a friend.” Ankita further added, “Despite the fact that the situation was connected to him, he stood by me and went above and beyond to support me when I needed it the most.”
The couple was also questioned about when they would announce a pregnancy. Responding to it, Vicky said, “Rumours about our pregnancy have been circulating for quite some time, and people have been talking about it so much that even our families have started asking us.” Ankita added, “We’re still in the planning phase — we’re trying. Honestly, I’m tired of hearing this question over and over. Whatever happens, everyone will know in due time. I’ll make an announcement when I actually am pregnant.”
Prior to appearing on Laughter Chefs, Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain had participated together in Bigg Boss 17.v
