The upcoming spiritual cinematic journey, Mahavatar Narasimha, is already drawing interest from both the bhakti community and Bollywood. Director Ashwin Kumar, known for his deeply spiritual storytelling, has expressed a heartfelt desire to have icons Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma watch the film, calling them “influencers of the new world” and examples for today’s youth.

Kumar said, “As a Mahavatar Narasimha team, I would really also would love if we have our Virat and Anushka watch this film and in fact because they are the influences of the new world and they have now entered into the Bhakti tradition and they also understand the power of the divine, which is then their key role players for the youth today.”
Kumar further emphasized the spiritual intention behind the film, which he says is not just cinema but a movement aimed at awakening consciousness in young minds. He also hopes to present the film to revered spiritual guide Pujya Shri Premanand Maharaj Ji, whose teachings have profoundly inspired the project.
“If we can show him the film and invite him, that will be really a blessing,” Kumar shared. “Because he really, really cares about the youth and the people of the world, and his words are pearls of wisdom for us. So when he understands that we are basically following his direction, I think he would be really happy and bless the world through our project.”
Hombale Films and Kleem Productions have officially unveiled the lineup for this ambitious animated franchise, which will span over a decade and chronicle the ten divine avatars of Lord Vishnu: Mahavatar Narsimha (2025), Mahavatar Parshuram (2027), Mahavatar Raghunandan (2029), Mahavatar Dhawkadhesh (2031), Mahavatar Gokulananda (2033), Mahavatar Kalki Part 1 (2035), and Mahavatar Kalki Part 2 (2037).
Mahavatar Narsimha is directed by Ashwin Kumar and produced by Shilpaa Dhawan, Kushal Desai, and Chaitanya Desai under the banner of Kleem Productions. Presented by Hombale Films, known for their compelling content, this dynamic partnership aims to deliver a cinematic marvel across various entertainment platforms. With its unmatched visual grandeur, cultural richness, cinematic excellence, and storytelling depth, the film will also be released in 3D and in five Indian languages. It is releasing on July 25, 2025.
